Job Description
Now hiring for Office Administrative Assistant positions in Biloxi, MS. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our growing company. Responsibilities
- Client management: Answering and directing phone calls, sending emails, and greeting visitors
- Scheduling: Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and tasks
- Communication: Writing and distributing emails, memos, letters, and forms
- Filing: Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Bookkeeping: Managing expenses and tracking income
- Travel: Booking travel arrangements
- Supplies: Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
- Policies: Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Reports: Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and submitting and reconciling expense reports
- Support: Providing general support to visitors and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Confidential information: Handling sensitive information and storing, retrieving, and shredding confidential documents according to established office protocols
- Answer phones on a multi-line system; direct calls, take messages
- Fill out work orders from customer requests
- Greet walk-in customers and professional assist
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Learn to key in to QuickBooks (can be trained but a plus if prior experience)

Employment Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable
- Punctual; Hours of Operation 7am-4pm, Monday thru Friday
- Valid MS Drivers License
- No previous felonies or criminal misdemeanors
- People skills
Pay
- $14 – $15 per hour; paid bi-weekly
- Annual profit sharing performance bonuses paid in December
